Our Mission

We develop and deliver yoga as a complementary therapy to improve people's quality of life through customization of therapeutic yoga programs that enhance body,
mind and soul.



What We Do

1 ) We help improve your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus, and preserving your energy.

2) We design to enhance vitality and sense of well-being through therapeutic yoga.

3) We customize according to your needs to bring you to optimal functioning.

4) We provide small yoga classes (3-10 people), private yoga.

5) We provide privacy, understanding and   empathy for your condition.


6) We provide a safe environment with compassionate teachers

What We Don't Do


It's not necessarily just exercise...

1) We're not going to do headstands, twist ourselves up into pretzels, or hang upside down from ropes.

2) We're not going to sit in lotus pose.

3) We're not going to be doing standing poses throughout the whole practice.

4) We're not going to kneel, or sit or hold poses for long periods of time.

5) We don't want to aggravate your condition, we want to improve your condition.

6) We won't hold large yoga classes.

7) This is not just about stretching or exercise...
This is about the best way to help you to return back to optimal functioning through yoga therapy.  Based on your tolerance and needs, we structure a customized individual program for you.
